Full payment and signature are due upon purchase. Expires 90 days after purchase. Unused sessions will not rollover, and will be charged at normal price after 90 days. No-show fees will be forgiven after first two instances, but will be enforced on the third no-show. Cannot be combined with any other discounts or promotions. Sessions in package must be used for own account - no sharing permitted.
