Cancellation:
We require 24-hour notice for all cancellations and rescheduled appointments.. To cancel or reschedule please contact us to confirm. A late fee of 50% will be applied to appointment changes (cancels or reschedules) made less than 24 hours prior to the start of the appointment, no-calls, and no-shows. All cancellation fees must be paid in full prior to booking your next appointment.
Late:
If you are more than 15 minutes late and we haven't heard from you, we will consider you a no show and the late fee will be charged to the card on file.
Intake:
Intake forms and COVID-19 screening forms must be filled out online at least 1 day prior to your initial appointment. If the COVID-19 form isn't complete, we may need to cancel your appointment. Certain medical conditions require a written authorization from a physician. We will notify you if this is the case prior to your session.
Reschedule:
Some common reasons you should reschedule your massage are illnesses such as fever, cold, flu, bacterial/viral/skin infection, rash, acute injury, acute medical condition, and anytime you may be contagious. If you are unsure whether you should reschedule, please contact us.
